Call for Paper & Presentation

Call for Paper

Authors are encouraged to submit papers that fit the theme "Conquering Complexity with Simplicity: The MBSE Advantage" addressing any core area of Systems Engineering, be related to any application domain/industry, and focus on any emphasis area.

  • The MBSE Summit Paper Template must be used
  • The paper must be 3000 to 5000 words long
  • Papers must be submitted on EasyChair by 30 Apr 2025 [Click here]

The paper must include original work done by the authors, with proper citation of previous works. Authors from industry and academia are encouraged to submit. Each paper will be reviewed by at least 2 members of the review team.
Paper acceptance will be notified by 15 May 2025. For accepted papers,

  • Authors must incorporate the review comments and submit the final paper by 30 May 2025
  • At least one author must register and present the paper in-person
Best papers will recognized and awarded

Call for Presentation

Authors are encouraged to submit presentations that fit the theme “Conquering Complexity with Simplicity: The MBSE Advantage” addressing any core area of Systems Engineering, be related to any application domain/industry, and focus on any emphasis area.

  • An extended abstract of 750-1000 words must be submitted
  • Abstracts must be submitted on EasyChair by 30 Apr 2025

The abstract must highlight the objectives, original work done, methodology used, conclusions, and proposed future work. Presenters from industry and academia are encouraged to submit. Each abstract will be reviewed by at least 2 members of the review team.

  • Abstract acceptance will be notified by 15 May 2025. For accepted abstracts,
  • Authors must incorporate the review comments and submit the final presentation by 30 May 2025
  • At least one presenter must register and present the paper in-person
